M-RF was founded in August 1995 with the concept of “Bringing the world’s finest high-frequency components to Japan.” Since then, we have consistently focused on the import and sale of high-frequency components.

Our company name, MRF, is derived from the initials of “Microwave & Radio Frequency,” embodying the meaning of “a team of high-frequency technology experts.” Through the provision of innovative high-frequency devices and components from around the world, along with professional technical support, we aim to accelerate the utilization of high-frequency technologies in society and enrich people’s lives. By promoting the adoption of RF energy products and highly efficient GaN/SiC devices, we actively contribute to CO2 reduction and improved energy efficiency, working toward the realization of a sustainable society.

Our headquarters is located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with a sales office in Osaka, and we have been supporting high-frequency engineers and procurement professionals throughout Japan. Our five application engineers, each with over 30 years of experience in high-frequency component design, accompany our field sales team to propose suppliers and products that best meet our customers’ design needs. Also, we take full responsibility for quality control and feedback after delivery. Our after-sales service is also thorough. If there are any questions regarding the product, we will persistently negotiate with the supplier and provide the best solution for the customers' satisfaction.
